About All West Surface Prep
All West Surface Prep is a commercial and industrial concrete flooring contractor founded in Colorado in 1990. The work has stayed commercial and industrial since, which means we are not learning your slab type on your job.
What we do
AWSP self-performs every phase of concrete surface prep and finishing, from grinding and shot blasting through polishing, coatings, moisture mitigation, floor leveling, densifying and joint filling. Because one crew handles every phase, the schedule does not slip between trades.
Equipment and certification
We were Colorado’s first Bomanite certified concrete polisher. We run the Blastrac 20D, multiple heavy grinders, and portable generators for sites without power access. The UltraFlor polishing system we install carries a 10-year manufacturer-backed warranty.

We are based in Commerce City, Colorado and work across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and South Dakota.
