This privacy policy explains what information All West Surface Prep collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We collect only what an estimate actually requires, so the scope is deliberately narrow.

We receive only the personal information you send us: your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of the project. We do not build profiles, and we do not buy or sell contact data.
Standard web analytics record how visitors use pages. We can see which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from, but not who they are as individuals.
How this privacy policy uses your information
We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare an estimate. If the project proceeds, the same details support scheduling and invoicing. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles your information
Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to us by email and are also recorded in a customer relationship management system operated on our behalf by Firestarter Marketing. That system stores your name, company, contact details and project description so we can respond and keep track of the enquiry.
Beyond that, we share your information only where a supplier or subcontractor needs it to deliver your project, or where the law requires disclosure.
Analytics, chat and cookies
This website loads three third party services:
- Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, for aggregate traffic patterns. Google sets the cookies involved rather than us. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
- A live chat widget provided by Firestarter Marketing. If you start a conversation, the messages you send are handled by that service.
- VisibilityKit, a visitor analytics script.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. For visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage is switched off by default.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry records for as long as they stay commercially useful, and project records for as long as warranty or accounting rules require. If you would like your details corrected or deleted, contact us and we will do it.
