About All West Surface Prep

All West Surface Prep is a commercial and industrial concrete surface preparation, polishing and coatings contractor. Because we work only on commercial and industrial slabs, we size our crews and equipment for that work rather than residential jobs.

What All West Surface Prep does

Typically a project starts with a slab that has to carry something else: a coating, a polish, or new finish flooring. Therefore the first questions are always about condition, moisture and flatness. As a result, we scope the preparation against whatever system has to go down afterwards, rather than quoting a method in isolation.

In practice that covers surface preparation, concrete polishing, epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, floor leveling, moisture mitigation, densifying and sealing, joint filling, shot blasting, grinding and dust control. However, most projects combine several of these in sequence.

How we work

Generally we run our own crews and our own equipment, which keeps sequencing predictable on live sites. Furthermore, we run dust containment on every project, because occupied buildings cannot stop trading while we prepare a floor.

We handle projects from roughly 1,000 to 160,000 square feet. In addition, we offer an UltraFlor polishing system with a 10-year warranty where the specification calls for it.

Where All West Surface Prep works

We base the business in Colorado and work throughout the state, including the Denver metro area, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Commerce City, Thornton, Westminster and Arvada. Moreover, we travel for larger industrial projects across the Rocky Mountain region.
