Where the slab is only slightly out, diamond grinding the high points is faster and cheaper than placing material across the whole area.

Where there are real dips, or the flatness tolerance is tight, a self-levelling underlayment is placed to bring the whole floor true.

How flat does the floor need to be?
That is set by the finish flooring manufacturer rather than by us. We confirm the required tolerance before quoting so the slab is prepared to the right standard.
Do you pour new concrete?
Levelling places self-levelling underlayment over the existing slab rather than pouring a new one. The concrete already in the building stays.
Can you level a warehouse floor?
Yes. Large open slabs are routine work, and grinding the high points is often the practical approach across big areas.
How long before flooring can go down?
It depends on the product used and the conditions in the building. We confirm the cure window with the scope so the following trade can schedule around it.
