Polished concrete built for real traffic

Polished concrete gives you a hard, low-maintenance floor that stands up to forklifts, foot traffic, and years of wear without a coating on top. We use Power Polishing technology to take a raw or existing slab through progressive diamond grinding and densifying to the finish you want, from a matte satin to a high gloss. Every polished floor we install is backed by a 10-year UltraFlor warranty.

Our concrete polishing process

We start by assessing the slab and testing for moisture when the job calls for it. From there we grind out old coatings, adhesives, and imperfections, densify the surface to harden it, and polish through progressive diamond grits to your target sheen. Aggressive dust control runs on every job, so we can work in occupied buildings without shutting you down.

Why All West Surface Prep

We have surfaced concrete across Colorado since 1990. We were the first Bomanite certified polisher in the state, we pioneered Power Polishing here, and we run the Blastrac 20D, the largest shot blaster in the Rocky Mountain region. That equipment and a cross-trained crew let us take on polishing jobs at a speed and scale most Colorado contractors can’t match, from 1,000 square feet to 160,000.

Concrete polishing FAQ

How long does concrete polishing take?

Most commercial polishing jobs run a few days depending on square footage, the condition of the slab, and the finish level. We give you a firm timeline in your scope before we start.

Can you polish an existing concrete floor?

Yes. We grind off old coatings, adhesives, and surface damage and polish the existing slab, which is usually faster and less expensive than replacing the floor.

Is polished concrete good for warehouses?

It is one of the best options. A properly densified and polished slab handles forklift traffic and heavy loads, resists dusting, and needs almost no maintenance.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Commerce City and polish floors across Denver and the Front Range, including Aurora, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and the surrounding areas. For larger projects we travel across the Rocky Mountain region.
