Site review
On the Front Range this is usually a same-week walk of the floor to identify the covering, the adhesive and the slab condition.
Test area
A small test section confirms method and production rate, so the schedule you are given is based on your floor rather than an average.
Removal
The covering and fasteners come up in phased sections, planned around building hours and tenant operations.
Residue removal
Thinset, carpet glue, mastic and coating film are ground or blasted off until bare, sound concrete is exposed.
Prepare and hand off
The slab is profiled to the level the next system needs, cleaned down and handed over for flooring, coating or polishing. Profiles follow the ICRI concrete surface profile scale.
